“Love is all around” 2012 Birthday + Enlistment Projects

Warning: This is going to be a LONG post so please be patient and read til the end.

I know there is still some time til our beloved man’s birthday but because we want to do something BIG this time, we are starting early (actually there’s not much time left). There are 3 things we are doing this time – 2 for his birthday and 1 for his upcoming enlistment into the Korean military.

Don’t freak out about his enlistment just yet because NO DATE HAS BEEN SET as to when he is entering the army yet but we envisage it to be somewhere in the not too distant future so that’s why we’re doing this now. I understand it will be hard for some of you to even think about him leaving us for 2 years but it is better to be prepared. In other words, we are doing the enlistment project early just in case. It could very well be sitting around for a few months before it will be given to him – it all depends when his enlistment date will be confirmed.

You may choose to join in 1, 2 or all 3 events. We strongly encourage you to join in all 3 events if you can because we wont be seeing very much of him for 2 years. To encourage you guys to participate in these events, everyone who participates in all 3 events will have a chance to win “Se7en the best” concert goods from Japan. As YGEX has not announced the concert goods list yet, as soon as the information about the goods become available, I will make a separate notice about this.

This time around, Lucky Se7en around the world (Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Spain, France, Korea, Vietnam, Arab countries) are combining forces to make this happen, so please join in to be part of this big event!

As the title suggests, we are giving him a birthday card. A LONG one for that matter. The idea is to let Lucky Se7en around the world to write their birthday messages to him on this card so we are sending this card around the world to let you have the chance to write on it. As there is limited time and too many places, the card will be making stops in the following countries.

Date: 16th September 2012 (Japan concert date)

Venue: Near the Tokyo International Forum Hall A (concert venue)

Time: From 12:30pm (subject to change – more details will be provided later)

If you have questions, please contact @koreayaerok on twitter

Date: 5 – 6th October 2012

Venue: Impact Arena Muangthong Thani, Bangkok – (Big Bang Alive concert)

Note: If you cannot be there, Se7en Thailand will be collecting messages via post and sending it off to Korea (please refer to message requirements below)

Please follow Se7en thailand’s twitter @se7enthailand for details and enquiries

Date: 12 – 14th October 2012 (Subject to change)

Venue: Mata Elang International Stadium (MEIS), Ancol, Jakarta Utara – (Big Bang Alive concert) for 12th and 13th October; undecided for 14th

Time: 12 – 4pm  for 12th & 13th October, undecided for 14th

Please follow @se7enation for details and enquiries

After these 3 stops, the card will be sent to Korea. If the card is not stopping at a place where you will be able to reach, you can send us your message following the below instructions and we will stick it on the card:-

(1) Write your birthday message to him on a piece of ROUND PALE PINK paper with a diameter of 7.7cm.

Here is a template (to scale) for you to print out in case you don’t have a compass ^^

(2) Send to:

Mina Choi, 경기도 안산시 상록구 부곡동 643-2번지 301, SOUTH KOREA

If you cannot write or print Korean, here is the address in English

Mina Choi, 301, 643-2 Bugok-dong, Sangnok-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea

For the following countries/areas, you may choose to send locally to the Lucky Se7en in charge who will collect your messages and send to Korea. Please follow/contact these twitter accounts for more information on where to send to.

Vietnam – @HelloSe7enVN

Spain –  @Se7en_Spain

France – @SE7ENFR

Arab countries – @LuckySe7enAR

China – http://weibo.com/hellose7en

For everyone who is posting messages to Korea, the deadline is 31st October 2012.

PS. Just to give you guys an idea of how the card will look like, here is part of it (only about half of the length) but it’s pretty blank at the moment because it’s still being designed by fellow Chinese Lucky Se7en.

This is very simple! Just take a photo of yourself posing with a cake or a slice of cake or a cupcake (you guys can improvise) with 7 candles and a flag of your country. The flag doesnt need to be big, it can be small like the size of your palm or big enough to wrap yourself around with it. Cover your face if you must.

Please send all your photos to me at ceciliaseven7@gmail.com by 31st October 2012.

Tell him how much you’re going to miss him by sending him a postcard from where you are!

(1) On a postcard representing your country, write your message on the back. It would be really nice if you could stick a photo of yourself on it but you dont have to 🙂

(2) Put the postcard IN AN ENVELOPE and send it to:-

Mina Choi, 경기도 안산시 상록구 부곡동 643-2번지 301, SOUTH KOREA

If you cannot write or print Korean, here is the address in English

Mina Choi, 301, 643-2 Bugok-dong, Sangnok-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea

Deadline is 31st October 2012.

Reason why we ask you to put the postcard in an envelope is that it would be weird for us to give him the postcards with someone else’s name and address on it right?

(1) If you are also sending the birthday message, you can send the bday message together with the postcard

(2) Lucky Se7en living in Thailand can send your postcards to Se7en Thailand or give it to the girls on the Big Bang concert day as they are helping to collect the postcards. Please refer to @se7enthailand for details.

(3) Lucky Se7en living in Indonesia can post your postcards to the admin of se7enation who will be helping collect postcards and sending them to Korea. Please refer to @se7enation for details.
